First of all, I’d like to say I am so happy you are reading these words. Welcome to my website !

I offer French lessons that are exclusively online and that are done on Zoom or Skype. The pandemic we all went through (and are still going through) challenged how teachers have to approach their work. But, luckily, there are plenty of engaging materials for teachers to use in our Internet-driven, technological world !
Though all my classes are held online, I make sure they are always fun and engaging !
Here are some fun activities that I propose regularly:
– play the game "Can’t say yes / Can’t say no" (le jeu du Ni oui Ni non)
– make paper fortune tellers on the themes we’re talking about (des cocottes en papier)
– draw the words and expressions we’re learning
– have debates on a lot of topics (I genuinely encourage the kids to talk about whatever they want - they are completely free to think what they want ! Yes, the child’s right to freedom of expression !

For many of us, teachers and parents alike, the pandemic was challenging and stressful as school shifted to being online. I was definitely anxious too. But after having started teaching online, I managed to find all kinds of fun activities — even activities that are not possible in an actual classroom. The platforms and resources that exist now on internet are fantastic. I’m sure your kids won’t even miss going to school !
